Great coffee and plain yogurt with a tiny bit of honey!0

my go-to breakfast is 1/2 an apple chopped up, 1/4 cup FF fage, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1 tbsp honey and cinnamon.
I eat that and then have an americano with 1 tbsp half and half.

chocolate shakeology, 1/2 banana, 1/4 c oatmeal, water, almond milk (1 cup each), 2 tbsp PB2 all blended up together. YUM0

Spicy chicken egg cups (mixture of egg, shredded chicken, hot sauce, & scallions baked in muffin tin) with fresh blueberries.

I had a 90 calorie oatmeal bar, half cup of blueberries and a banana.
I graze on these things at different points in the morning so i feel full until lunch.0 -
I had a new breakfast today....and it was kinda like dessert - - tasted a little like cookie dough:
6oz fage nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 T chunky peanut butter
1T (could have used less) honey
1/4 t vanilla extract
6 chocolate chips sprinkled on top0 -
Today is boring. I'm drinking a protein shake of 1 scoop protein poweder + 10 oz of water. I have a Dannon Light and Fit Pineapple Greek yogurt for around 10 and an apple with a splash of cinnamon on it.
220 calories 31g carb 1g fat 25g protein0 -
I ate two small applesauce/oatmeal/bran muffins that i made in advance - and then a small red apple as a morning snack.0

It's not much different from yours, but I had:
1/2 c. Quaker Quick Oats made with water
1 tbsp. Coffeemate Vanilla Nut creamer (mixed in the oatmeal)
1 medium banana
Iced coffee with milk and splenda
comes out to about 300cals, and I have a Luna Protein bar as a morning snack.0 -
Protein shake: chocolate protein powder, FF milk, strawberries. Tomorrow will be a banana and PB2 instead of the strawberries.0
