    INSPIRATIONAL!! I was 210 last year on November 1st, down 21 pounds from there now and still working on it. I didn't get like that overnight, so I know it won't come off overnight. Thank you for sharing your story, SuperLady!!

    Love seeing your progress and reading your post, especially since I'm at a point where I'm doing well but frustrated I'm not losing faster. I also love your comment about no excuses. I've been really surprised at the backhanded compliments I've gotten from people about my weight loss. Lots of "That's great you lost weight. I'd like to, but I have to work." That used to be me, but I just can't do that to myself anymore!
