I'm 5'3 and currently 156. My goal is 140 or 25% bodyfat and no jiggle also! The number is not as important as how I feel when I look in the mirror. I also want my size 8s to fit very comfortably again.0

Im 5'2 and my goal weight by April 2014 is 150, but eventually I would like to see 125-130.0

5'3 and 133 for me - Past the half way mark so it's all going a bit slower now but I'm ok with that and it means I can re-evaluate when I get closer to goal.0

WHATS IS EVERYONE DOING TO LOSE WEIGHT? HOWMANY CALORIES? AND WHAT EXERCISES?
I'm trying to eat around 1200calories and walking0 -
5'3", my first goal was 135, but now it's 125 since I find that I still look a bit too chunky at 135 (I have a fairly small bone structure). I'm fluctuating between 129 and 127 at the moment.0

Ditto to all! Haha I was the same! I imagine when I get to 140 again (for like, the third time) I'll still think I could be better but it's a weight that I can maintain without starving myself. And being able to still eat the concessional pizza is important enough that I'm willing to be a couple pounds more than my high school weight.0 -
I'm 5'4. Current weight is 198, however when I started a Biggest Loser challenge with my co-workers at the end of April my weight was 211. I'm down 13 pounds. My ideal weight is 140. I have quite a bit to go but I am determined. :drinker:0

I am just under 5'5" and my starting weight was 215; current weight is 182; goal weight 140-145. Like others, when I get closer to the goal weight it will depend how I look and feel. I am 58 and have a large bone structure, so 140 is as low as I should go. Its about being a healthy weight and getting physically stronger to always be around to see my six grandkids grow up. :flowerforyou:0

I'm 5'4, according to every where I look, I should weigh no more than like 150lbs. I've never weighed that much even when I was at my skinniest. In high-school, I weighed about 170. My highest was 225.
This time around, I started at 195 I think. I would like to get down to 175 and see how I feel, how I look, etc. Losing weight has been extremely hard since having my thyroid removed in 2011. So its been a slow process. Currently I'm 186.
I know what you mean. I'm supposed to stay under 145 to not be classified as "overweight" but 140 is where my body likes to sit (5'4" ideal is 125 - I'd be skeletal). BMI's kind of a load anyway. Your body gets a say in the matter and as long as you're happy and no weight-related health problems, why aim for some number?0 -

The goal weight thing is sort of tentative. I have a smaller frame than most people I know, so I don't carry extra weight well. More than anything, my goal right now is just to get my BF% down, and hopefully get some rockin abs and get my triceps into existance!0 -
