Tell me. What did you do right today, or yesterday, or this week?

Yesterday I turned around and ran full speed up the BIG hill, just because I could, even though I was technically done with my workout.

Welcome!

I did NOT want to get up and do my 30DS this morning, but I did it anyway. And I feel better knowing I pushed through and did it.

I made sure to pack my gym bag for my super brick workout today, despite me being completely tired and unmotivated to do anything...now I have no excuse to skip the gym...unless mother nature helps me out and floods ALL of the roads leading to the gym on my way home.

I ate all of my calories (2100), including a snack on the way to the gym at 5am, and kicked *kitten* with my weights! It felt just as great on Friday as it did on Monday and that never happens. Yeah for food!

Last night, I went to Zumba class. I got tired and hungry halfway through and wanted to leave and go home, but I stuck it out. This morning I had a tiny loss on the scale (depending on which time I stepped on it..... anywhere from 0.2 - 0.8 lbs.) but I decided to wait until tomorrow to see if it will be a bigger loss by then (ha ha) before I post it.

    1. I started drinking my water early so I can finish it
    2. I worked out this morning although I was sleepy as hell
    3. I ate a healthy, homemade breakfast
  • Went to Bruegger's to grab a quick breakfast. I got half of the light cream cheese, egg white and skim milk in my coffee. No full fat cream cheese, no sausage or bacon and no cream. :D

I woke up early and went to the gym before work :)
I also started a month long bootcamp challenge this week. Powered through the weeks workouts even though my muscles were still feeling it from the classes before! Starting to see differences already :D

I ran and went to the gym both days that I wanted to and had great weight sessions. I've also kept my calorie intake much lower this week [as opposed to the past couple of weeks].

And I've managed to NOT have sugar for the past week and already feel like my taste buds don't want sugar anymore/

Got my *kitten* out of bed and to the gym! And last night I didn't have any sweets :blushing:
  • When I ate my two krispie kreme key lime pie filled donuts this morning, the creamy filling dripped out onto my napkin...not my lap. FTW!
