This challenge is right on time for me because I needed a little spark back with my calorie watching. I am looking to lose ten pounds (or more if I can) before my birthday beach trip next month!!! I am sooo excited to have the support of fellow health seekers and looking forward to dropping some poundage!!! LETS GET IT!!!!0

Checking in today. I had a lot of salty foods this week so my number is up. I know where it came from so I know it will go away too! This means next week I will have a good drop! (I hope )0

Alright, I lied! When I looked on the spreadsheet, I actually lost weight! :laugh: Oh, well, that's what I get for weighing every day! :ohwell: I have been doing the 25 jumping jacks, walking 30 to 45 minutes each day, getting my water in and burning well over 200 calories a day. It is really paying off! :drinker:0

Did you know that a high school kid from Texas just recently benched pressed 700lbs (http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1580473-texas-football-player-lifting-700-pound-bench-press-is-pretty-much-amazing), which is coincidentally close to the amount of weight that we have lost collectively as a group in a little more than one week! 726 lbs. to be exact! Those are both staggering numbers! We should have more since a mere 48% of the 560 people that signed up on the spreadsheet have checked in! So if you know someone on the spreadsheet that hasn’t checked in, shoot them a message and encourage them to participate!
So let’s get to the stats, or what I would like to call, nerdy fun stuff :

Time for the weekly update!!! Can you believe we surpassed ½ a ton of weight loss for the month of June. That is amazing!!
In the overall rankings, with the exception of JoJoBoxing dropping out being replaced by potatocar, there wasn’t much movement in the actual pounds lost category. But in the percentage rankings there was quite a bit of movement. Potatocar storms onto the scene to grab a hold of the pole position (#1) with a whopping 8.73% total weight loss for the month. Additionally, newcomers to the top five, gbarnett777 and pagebarocca, knock out luann2013 and sassab0123 out of the top 5.
