    I could use the support as well. I have been on mfp for a while but haven't used it like I should be. Really starting to focus again on eating right and exercising. Support from some ladies similar to me would be great. Please feel free to add me as well.

    I am not so worried about the specific number on the scale as much as I would like to have more muscle and be smaller. Based on my past weight and my body type, I think 160-170 would be a good number for me.

    Second time around for MFP! Was doing great losing almost 60 lbs 3 years ago, until a knee injury for 8 months, and fighting Plantar Facitis for the last 2 years.... here I am again! Still can't exercise a lot, but have modified to chair exercises and biking. Would love to have this support again!

    I am in the same boat as the rest of you.
    Most people do not believe I weigh that much, because I don't look it. I sometimes wonder myself where I am hiding all the fat.. LOL
    For some reason they all believe I weigh around 180!!!!

    I bounce between 200-215 (at 5' it isn't good).

    Not sure what I weigh right now... My goal is to phase out soda and phase in water to start. Hopefully up my energy levels! Please add me, because I know I am going to need the support/kick in the pants!

    I am 5'2'' , 35 years old and have 2 kids, 6 and 8. Was stuck at 205-212 for about 8 years ..... finally something kicked in this year. I have been doing this since May 2 (SW 205) and I am down to 192 as of this morning, yeah!!!!! I've hit onederland - did not even think i would see a number below 200 on the scale EVER.

    I try to walk everyday (45 mins at least) and have started doing some fitness classes, eat back most of my excercize calories.

    Open to like-minded friend requests :) to keep each other motivated and going.

    I dont know if i fit in as far as what type of morale you guys all are looking for...i was 222 when I started. I have lost about 30-ish and am 1/3 the way through my goal, so although i am not currently over 200 (I am only 4 lbs from it) and started over, and am right there in the middle (OK third) of my journey.

    CW: 194 lbs (and stuck there)
    GW: 130-ish,

    I am in the 200s too! However, I am fine with that because when I started MFP, I was 336 pounds!! :noway:

    GW: 140 (to be more accurately determined once I have a healthy BMI).

    Unfortunately, yes. It's taken me 12 years to get this high (and two kids)....and I after a couple weeks I get frustrated it's not coming off quickly.

    Just updated my weight and will start fresh and hopefully, I can stay focused on the end goal and not get so discouraged.
