    Feel free to add me! And I have to share... I found a weight loss aid that is really helping me!! I was at that horrible stuck point and was about to give up. Started something through a friend of mine and it is working at a slow and steady rate. Lots of protein, vitamins and minerals for a low price, plus keeps me full so I am loving it.

    You are doing great! I wish I could make as much progress as you've made. I lose during the work week and then gain it all back on the weekend. I'm really going to focus on my weekend eating this weekend though and see if I can break that cycle.

    Hey there! Definitely over 200lbs. I'm 5'3.5", 277.4 lbs 39 years old, with a goal weight of 155lbs. I am getting married in October 2013 and I'm trying to lose at least 30lbs by then. Would love to be friends to keep each other motivated.

    5' and just under 200lbs. I haven't completely phased out sodas yet but I have moved to diet or the 10 calorie Dr. Peppers, and surprisingly am almost up to that goal of at least 8 glasses of water a day. I just started phasing things out about a month ago, never really believing that I could do it. I've never been a person that drinks water by choice, so believe me when I say it IS possible! Good luck!

    I was praying to be under at my last weigh-in, but I'm 201. I've lost 23 pounds since starting, 2 prior to joining here. I'm counting my monthly weigh-in at the doctor's office as my official weigh-in.

    I had to say, I LOVE you scale on your counter, had me LOL when I saw it! Best of luck to you, and you're welcome to add me if you'd like!

  • Count me in too! I have to make a lot lot lot of changes to how I eat and drink throughout the day. I am on day 11 of no soda!!! I am drinking 1 cup of coffee in the am, about 2 quarts of green tea (which counts as water :-D ), and about the same on water. It has been tough, but I found that drinking flavored beverages at first helped. Also, have to limit my carbs now for medical reasons so ALL of my yummy Chicago style pizza is out, pasta, bread, rice, potatoes, all white stuff, etc is OUT as well. I long on several times a day to log my food and exercise. I would love to offer support on this journey, cause I know I am going to need some myself.

    I lost weight from February to May and then got afraid to not get below 205. I have not gained anything else but sort of sabotaged to stay 205. Not really intentionally. Anyway, please add me if you want :)
