I'm 5'7 and in the mid 160s now. I replaced the batteries in my scale today and will officially weigh myself in the morning. My ultimate goal weight would be 135-140, depending on how I look/feel. Feel free to add me as a friend!0

I am 5'8'' and I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow but nervous. It was 165 a month ago and I think I just don't want to be accountable which is why I haven't wanted to start something like this, but realize that if I don't, I'm never going to get to my goal weight of 140lb. I would looove to have some accountability. This group would be awesome and maybe even post weigh ins weekly and share whats been really working to help one another.

I'm 5'7", starting weight was 278lbs (that's the highest I've seen on this thread so far :grumble: ) but I'm currently at 185. Realistic goal is 170, ideal goal is 160. Feel free to add me ladies :flowerforyou:0

Hi!! My name is Leah, and I started out dieting and exercising in August of 2011 at 165 lbs. I am 5'7. I got down to 133 in January of last year, and now I have started lifting heavy, and I am around 136, although my measurements are smaller than they were when I was 133, so I am focusing on building more muscle, and losing the last 10 lbs of fat. I'd like to be around 125, although I am really focusing on how I look because the scale is crap when you are trying to build muscle, and lifting a lot. I'd love any friends who'd like to add me! xxoo0

Great thread! I'm 5'7 and three quarters. Currently 146, trying to get down to 135. How many calories are you ladies eating. I've been trying to squeeze in 1570, but it has been hard. I seem to have stalled at this point so I've been trying to change things up a bit.0

I'm 5' 7" and started here at 163 lbs in Jan 2012. Now I'm about 132 lbs. I just want to tell you ladies who are starting out that you ARE capable of reaching your goal weight, whatever it may be. Have faith in this program...it really does work.0

I do running 1-2x a week, HIIT 1x and looking to get back into things like I had been a few months ago. I was doing 2-3x lifting per week and lots of running!
SW: last summer was 182! Few yrs ago was 217.
