I work from home so I'm not the most active of people, but I do couch25k 3x a week. I eat 1500 on non-workout days (burning on average 2000 according to fitbit, leaving me at a 500 calorie deficit) and eat back 1/2 of my workout calories.0 -

Currently working out a minimum of 3 days a week for 60-80 min and trying to maintain a caloric deficit. That being said I take the good with the bad. This is about a lifetime of health and not what the scale says, for me that's the side effect!

I just HATE exercise!!! But I know I have to get this done for my health, it's no longer about what I look like (scary). I've done this before -- twice--. Lost 50 lbs the first time and 60 lbs the second time and both times managed to gain just about everything back. Looks like a great site, keeping my fingers crossed:happy:0 -
