Bad case of sciatica ... been trying to push through it, but to no avail most days. I believe I need more stability in my shoes so will be making a change this week!

We have started a thread in the group and soon there will also be one here in the fitness forum :bigsmile: I am slightly behind, I seem to have a hard time catching up this year, maybe because it has a '13' in it.

Apparently this is the first time I've run this month! We've been working like beasts on this house and I haven't taken the time to lace up. I'm not going to hit 100 for sure, but I think 60 is a decent target this month.0 -
