    I'm 5'8" and weight 157 lbs. I began at around 165 I think. Currently pants size 8. I set my goal weight to 135, but I'm not sure because I've never weighed in under 150! Hoping to at least get down to a size 6.

    I currently weigh 160 and want to be 145. I have lost 75 pounds so far and have been hovering between 157 and 162 for about 5 months now and I am really frustrated...BTW I am 5'8"!

    I am five seven and three quarters i did was 175 in michigan but i moved to florida and from eating right and walking a hour a day since oct 2012 i can proudly say im at 146. I have come to believe with my late development of hips and butt i will never be a size 7 but that okay with me. i felt very overweight at 175 for sure :smile:

  • Hi, I'm 5'7.5" and 164 lbs. I'm going to be 52 in two months, and don't want to be overweight for the second half of my life.
    Started on May 1 at 177, and as of June 21 have lost 13 lbs. I've cut out grains, potatoes, and sugars. I drink a protein shake in the morning for breakfast, and often for lunch when I can't (or don't want to) stop working. Other that that, only 0 cal. beverages, excepting an occasional glass of red wine (or two). Drinking all the water I'm supposed to has been a challenge. I haven't been exercising, and need to fix that. Add me because we all need social support!
