Everytime youre hungry go for a walk. You remove yourself from the food in your house, you get exersize, and if youre hungry when you get back you just burned some calories, have some hummus and veggies! However I usually find that when I get back I wasnt as hungry as I thought.0

Hard candies. Cooking. Shopping (you'd think I'd be skinnier). Dancing around for fun. Glass of wine (though it hardly does any better than food).
If I'm ever thinking of food and happen to have a puff of someone's cigarette that will put me right off. I wouldn't suggest it unless you're eating through a locked cupboard door.0 -
If I am really hungry, a glass of milk usually does the job, especially late at night.
Otherwise, yogurt or fruit with peanut butter.0 -

That only works for not eating eggs.............(although suddenly I'm not sure I want the PB&J I packed for breakfast). When I was in kindergarten, we raised chicks and ducks from eggs. Almost two decades later, I can still remember the terrible smell of the three duck eggs and two chicken eggs that didn't hatch. Ew.0 -

This is going to sound strange but brushing my teeth! It's amazing how it kills the late night hunger and cravings.
Usually do this right before I go to bed, but maybe I need to try it earlier. I'm a terrible night time snacker.0 -

Food. Or low cal drinks with nutrients like V8 or soy milk.
I exercise on an empty stomach (otherwise I get nauseated) and that does take my appetite away for awhile after, though it comes back with a vengence soon enough. But mostly I just eat or drink something when I'm hungry.0 -
