Working out, food sounds so gross to me after a cardio workout. Gum/sugar free mints and a liter of water also seem to do the trick

I found that almonds or nuts work really well

    Watermelon

3 ingredient banana, oat and chocolate chip cookies. I think of it more of a breakfast bar than anything else. If I eat those for a snack I'm almost never hungry and they are only 53 calories a piece. I got to admit they are not amazing but they are not bad either. Let them breath or they will get soggy.

Low Calorie Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Cookies.

    Recipe:

    Ingredients:
    I cup of mashed bananas
    1 cup of quick oats
5 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips

Mix the banana and oats together. Add the chocolate chips.
If it seems too runny and the cookies would flatten out too much, add in more oatmeal. And make sure to not add in TOO many mix-ins as the cookies won’t hold together very well.
I made 16 cookies. I baked them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on a GREASED cookie sheet.

    You can also add in:
    -a handful of chocolate chips
    -crushed walnut pieces
    -cinnamon
    -raisins
