    Water and tea.
  • Whenever I feel hungry in between meals I chew gum. I read about it and it really does work,

    Veggie and egg white omlettes fill me when Im real hungry but dont want to use many calories. The other suppresant is trying on old clothes that dont fit any more!!!
  • Keeping busy and SLEEP!!!!
  • Coffee & Sudafed...which also motivates me to get up & DO something, lol! Otherwise, peanut butter is the BEST :)

    4. we just switched to almond milk from dairy milk. only 30 calories per 8 ounces, that makes a glass almost a "don't care"!

    Food. If I have used up all my calories and I am still hungry I go for a walk. Then food.

    Gum, Icewater, coffee, miso soup, a cup of chicken broth.

    I also take a chromium supplement in the morning, its meant to help with cravings
