Lost 5# in the last 2-1/2 weeks. Need to lose well over 200# more. Have some goals in mind, but won't set a -final- goal until I can get closer and see what's going to be healthy for my frame. Then I'm hoping to put pounds (of muscle) back on with resistance training.0

PS: Don't look now, but it might take you a 3rd year to get into a rhythm of meeting your TDEE without going much over or under....0 -

I've lost 11 lbs. since November 2012 and have 20 lbs. to go yet before I reach my goal. My plan is to reach my goal by the end of December 2013 so that I may start 2014 maintaining my weight.0

18.5 pounds from my goal. 114.5 pounds closer than I was last July. Actually thinking of revamping the goal when I get there. I initially set it for the top of my 'healthy' weight range but I will reassess when I get there.0
