so, i was under my calories by 590....
fruit(208 cals), frozen mouse(90cals) and a smidge of ice cream(100cals) to bring me in... im not watching my sugar.

Bernard Matthews Turkey Dinosaurs and salad. I am a cook/chef by living and has made lots of meals, but never took any pictures. But as im back on the wagon, and if i get time. Il try take a few more pics of healthy creations.
Turkey Dinosaurs 113 calories each, weight watchers pitta bread about 105cal, salad and coleslaw comes to about 250, all with sweet chilli sauce, 65 cal.

Not a meal but I did give pumpkin brownies with protein icing a go. Came out tasty, but a little like a dense chewy cake in texture. Icing was very 'refreshing' on top.
And a garlic and olive oil couscous/ground turkey filled mushroom cap. Not pretty, but full of flavor.
I promise, there is a mushroom under all that other stuff.0 -

Dinner on Friday, Steam fresh haddock in mustard sauce (in a bag) pilau rice and peas = approx 390 cals

made almond butter the other day causei was sick of storebought peanut butter already.
went out and had the most amazing grilled portabello vegetarian burger the other day. the burger was just stuffed with mushrooms. :Q
also made salted fudge brownies. BAD BAD idea for calories.

Chili powder coated grilled chicken breast on a bed of gnochetti sardi, thinly cut radishes and arugula with a bit of chili olive oil. And with added pepper and salt post picture. T'was very nice :drinker:0 -
