I'm not quite 5'7 and weigh 139 lbs. I'm hoping to get down to 130-133.
You look like I want to look, but I'm 5'7" and 130. I thought I'd have that look if I got down 5-10 lbs. Now I'm confused. You look amazing.0 -
I'm 5'6" and 135lb. I started at at 155, had a goal weight of 125 and got down to 130 but had some time off and I'm just getting back to it.
What I realised is that for me, a goal scale weight isn't what I want because even at my lowest weight, I was still really fatty - 28% to be precise. Despite losing 20lbs, I only lost 2% BF.
What I want is to be lean, around 19% BF, so I'm now working on that and only weighing once a month out of curiosity. I really don't mind if I manage to grow enough muscle to be 19% BF and still weigh 135lbs or more.0 -
I am 5'8" so not exactly what you were looking for. Right now I'm just over 140. My goal is 130, but mainly just to be less squishy haha. My old "before" pictures would be when I was pregnant and at 170! But that doesn't really count haha.0

Im 5'6 my starting weight was around 165 and my goal weight was 145 which i hit but im thinking i would like to drop 2-3 more lbs to give some wiggle room to stay under 145. However i am struggling to move the scale at this point. It goes up to 146 then back down to 145 i haven't seen 144 for a few weeks. As of Monday 146.2. I have before pictures but need to take some after pictures so i can combine them. I plan to do that very soon and post. Feel free to add me0

Amazing before and afters ladies! I am 5'8 (grew a half an inch since last year...or was it my hair :-) ) and my goal is mostly focusing on losing inches rather than weightloss. I currently weight between 158-161 weekly. I would love to for the sake of numbers to weight 150, but we'll see how it goes as the inches come off. I started at 181. See my profile for before/after.0

It sounds like we're in the same boat. I'm 5'6". The past couple months my weight's been going back and forth between 169 and 172. My goal is to lose another 25 to 35 pounds. I started out at 222 last July, so I have lost over 50 pounds. For some reason it feels tougher to lose weight now, but I will get there! Feel free to add me if you want.0

5'6 and currently weigh 148. I'm more looking for the bf% then the weight. I'm looking for 20% body fat, so where ever my weight is then is where I'll be. I'm currently 23% so I figure I'll probably weigh around 142 or so.0

My stats are very similar to yours. Started at 158. Down to 140 with MFP and following jillian Michaels DVD's.
Goal weight is 125 - 130.0 -
