Father's Day breakfast at Cracker Barrel:

^Today's dinner. Tofu, sugar snap peas, sesame seeds cooked with sesame oil. Ohhh...and some 90% chocolate (not pictured)!0 -

Pure curiosity, how many calories do you eat in a day :laugh: (are you bulking?)?
I had just weighed in for my powerlifting comp. I think I had about 8000 a day for 3 days :laugh: "Normal" times I eat around 3000 per day.0 -

ThanksIf it fits your macros, eat that *kitten* :laugh: This meal did. Maybe the 4 or 5 after that didn't! Oh well, new squat, deadlift and total PR. That was all that mattered to me last weekend.

I've been away for a few days roadtripping and ate some damn good food, but didn't really photograph it. This was my favourite meal - Thank you Southern Tier Brewing Co. for an amazing tour and loads of tasty delicious beer on your lovely patio.0 -

BTW I forgot to mention that I was out to lunch with NZ Deevaa and her husband and chocchillimango. Littleladylifter and I met up with them while we were down in Melbourne for the PL comp. Was great to finally meet in person. I have to say, it was pretty funny seeing more than one person get out a phone for a food pic at a restaurant :laugh:0 -

2 cups power greens (spinach, bok choy, chard) with 1/4 cubed avocado and 60g diced beets, dressed with beet juice + lemon juice
1/2 cup rice (cooked with the chicken in stock w/garlic salt, parsley, thyme, white pepper, a splash of low-sodium soy sauce)
Two 2oz chicken breast tenderloins, roasted with the rice
314kcals, 39 carbs, 4 fat, 29 protein, 3 fiber (I don't track sodium or sugar with any specificity). It was delicious.0 -
