    I was eating to lose weight. I was on around 1,600 per day for about 6 months and over the last 2 months i started to up my calories gradually. I now eat 2200 ish per day plus exercise calories still losing slowly but intend to increase to about 2400 in a few weeks. Hope this helps !!
