Hello everyone!! My calorie intake seems high. Do I have to eat all of the highlighted calories or just the net? Any advice is appreciated :noway:

    You eat them all your net and burned calories.

    Just make sure you are REALLY watching / measuring your food intake.

    We always seem to forget how much 1/4 or 1/2 cup is!

    You do want to make sure you get as close to net as possible each day.

    Think Muscle and not fat!

    Think Inches and not pounds!

    Thanks, I measure all my food...so I am sure that is ok. I will try my best to eat all that food, but omg, it is more than I ever ate. I guess we need all of them!!
