Hello everyone!! My calorie intake seems high. Do I have to eat all of the highlighted calories or just the net? Any advice is appreciated

Just make sure you are REALLY watching / measuring your food intake.
We always seem to forget how much 1/4 or 1/2 cup is!
You do want to make sure you get as close to net as possible each day.
