    if you ate 4000 calories a day, 1000g of which were carbs, than you'd be eating strictly carbs. zero fat, and zero protein.

    ETA: Only if it is meat and refined carbs. If you eat 4K cals a day in whole fresh veggies and fruit you will end up losing about 50 lbs. in a year.

    if your TDEE was 2000 you would be going over by 14000cals a week. 3500cals is what people call a pound for loss or gain, so:

    you could gain up to 4 pounds a week by "estimate" standards.

    for when you would become obese.... INFO! ONFO!
