Worst thing you've eaten since dieting?

I've been trying to maintain for the last few months, but I have still been pretty strict on myself. Well today I threw caution to the wind and ate frozen yogurt filled with every chocolate topping on the bar.....then a few house later....after dinner.....I ate a 440 calorie giant chocolate chip cookie! I am surprised that I allows myself to eat it, honestly! But boy, it was good!
Which leads me to the discussion, what's the worst thing you've eaten since the change in lifestyle?

I actually don't diet. Just try to eat smaller meals and make them healthier. But I made deep fried mozz sticks, eggplant, and chicken the other day. I had the worst headache the next day. Like a grease hangover.0

Cake, chip, cookies, icecream, pizza, booze...you name it I've probably had it. I feel justified so long as I have a deficit and eat well for most of the day.0

For the most part I've been avoiding all fast food except subway maybe once a month as a treat. Last month I had animal fries from In N Out and they were SO worth it!!!!0

Taco Bell - Cantina Veg burritos. Yummy.0

I'm not dieting because that's just temporary. This is a lifestyle change.0

I accidentally drank off milk. Quite spectacular.0

Father's Day. Made my DH dinner. Saved the calories all week and splurged big time.
Prime steak with roasted new potatoes stuffed with smoked salmon and mascarpone cheese. Side of micro green salad with roasted pear and goat cheese. Finished it all off with a dark chocolate and bacon cake with maple frosting. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 2000 calories for just that meal.
Pasta Carbonara the week before came in a close second.0 -

Me too0 -
Worst thing I've eaten while "dieting"? - horrible flavourless, full of substitues that don't quite make it "diet food" BLERGH!!!
Give me real food, please!0 -
4 slices of whole wheat toast & two whole cups of vegetarian sausage gravy! I logged it & only went slightly over my calories for the day, but I felt sluggish & blah for a couple of days afterward. Plus, I only lost half a pound last week instead of my consistent 2#/week. Coincidence? I think not!0

I don't deny myself completely of things I like. I just include them in the calorie count for the day. However, most days I do stick very closely to my calories. At a wedding reception last night I had the most delicious chocolate cupcake...and I have eaten pecan pie, chocolate chip cookies. If I deny myself those things, I eat more things trying to satisfy that sweet craving.0

Milkshake at Braum's... 800 calories... wanted a small... but ended up with a medium DQ does that crap too, you want a SMALL sundae.. and get a medium **sigh*0

dark chocolate and bacon cake with maple frosting
This sounds both disgusting and delicious.0 -
Kale. That crap is horrible and people should be punished for liking it.:laugh:0

*Glances over at empty Coke bottle* Um...
Burned through all three personal no-no's at McD's in one sitting back in December. Fast food burger and fried chicken and a fountain pop. Nearly Puked.
Chicken Carbonara Pasta. The dish held what had to be at least three servings and two of them were cheese. My stomach hated me for a week.
DQ anything sends my blood sugar on a tangent, but the Woof keeps wanting ice cream and I just can't say no to him.
Still won't eat tofu, so screw that.
Anything with the Slimfast brand name on it has been a waste of calories.
Half a large Domino's pizza. Gurgle.
I've conditioned my body to more nutrient-rich, high-fiber meals and any time I go way off I feel it for days.0 -
The worst thing? Guess you'd have to qualify what you mean by "worst". I guess the most unhealthy thing I've done is occasionally 3000+ calories of alcohol in a day. 3000 calories and almost zero nutrients.0

The most unhealthy thing I ate this week- half of a funnel cake and it tasted AWESOME!0
-
Maybe I should have asked if you meant tasting or calorie laden.
Tofu is off my list forever!!! Along with some pretty nasty protein bars that were horrid. :sick:0 -
dark chocolate and bacon cake with maple frosting
This sounds both disgusting and delicious.
Yeah . . . I was worried it was going to be just too weird. It was amazing.0 -
Those horrid Shirataki noodles.
Oh, you mean calorie-wise? Probably the day I ate fried chicken and two slices of cheesecake at the work potluck a couple of weeks ago. One was raspberry swirl and the other was dark chocolate with chocolate chips. I couldn't decide!
Still lost weight that week, though.0 -
I ate a whole 12" Hawaiian pizza by myself in one day, which is a TON for me in early June. Would probably do it again though if that was all I was going to eat all day.0

A batter coated deep fried mars bar after a night out! Don't even want to know how many calories were in that!0
-
A Strip cheese and chicken sandwich at Hooters last night- 1800 calories but it was worth giving myself some indulgence! As far as something that may not be considered so "bad" by others is my Zone bars- I love, love, LOVE them, but I need to stay away from soy, as it messes with my hormones badly- I just can't resist them though, especially when I'm craving chocolate. I pretty much prefer them to any candy bar!0

Pumpkin brownies. Horrid chewy things.
Avacado, just blech.0
