    Just had baby #2 and have never been this heavy. Can't even fit into my "fat" jeans :(
    I've struggled with my weight my whole life, but was always pretty active so I had more of an "athletic" figure and I was ok with that. Now I've had two babies and work a desk job, so the scale seems to be constantly moving in the wrong direction. Need to get the needle moving down!

  • I am trying to help my sister to lose weight. She is 213 lbs. 17 years old but uses my profile. I just really want to help my sister to lose weight. Since elementary she was made fun of for being fat. She wasn't always fat. Before age 5 she was skinny but started to eat unhealthy food. I just want to help my sister be healthy and happy. She deserves that and much more. COUNT US IN!!!!

    My ticker says 9 pounds lost because when I first began my weight loss journey in Feb. I wrote everything down then I finally downloaded the MFP to my phone last month and start logging. So actually I've lost 37 1/2 pounds so far.

    Started just after Easter and have had a few ups and downs (scale wise), scale is slowly dropping, measurements are dropping and I'm more active than ever while watching what I eat!!

    CW: 101.5kg/223.7lbs
    GW: (Lots of mini goals in 5kg increments, first one is getting to 100kg/220.4lbs) ultimate goal is 65-70kg/143.3-154.3lbs

    I'm currently eating between 1850-1900 calories (I don't believe in low cal or fad diets. I've been there done that and have the t-shirt to prove it!), I lift heavy 3x a week and 'try' and do some cardio 3x a week with 1 full rest day (which will be more about gentle stretching). I'm really only starting out in my journey, I don't expect the fat to drop quickly, it's taken a lot of years to get to this, so of course it's going to take a long time to get it off and maintain!
