These sounds so good! I want to use this tonight for BBQ chicken pizza...would I be able to use regular yogurt? Vanilla to be exact? I don't know how that'll taste, but it's worth a shot. Anyone? thanks!

Bump, thanks. I have definitely got to try these. Love chobani Greek yoghurt and might try subbing a little trutein Cinnabon protein power for a little flour. Not sure if it would work.

These are the best thing ever! This is the third time I've made them! I use spelt flour.

Tonight I added caraway seeds as they were to accompany a Hairy Biker recipe jalfrezi (curry, i made it with leftover beef).

Have discovered greek style yogurt definitely works best, it makes the dough much less wet than regular low fat yogurt.

I have them all the time! I make several batches and freeze them. They freeze well, just make sure there is some kind of barrier (wax, parchment paper) between them so they don't freeze together.

Thanks. I was inspired by this so have just made some for my lunch. I used buckwheat flour as I'm coeliac so can't eat wheat, and they turned out great. Very easy and like a wholemeal pitta bread but healthy.

I am gluten intolerant, so I definately want to try this recipe with the buckwheat flour. Now I need to get some buckwheat flour. Would be great for sandwiches and pizza.
