Brainstorm; what types of workouts do you do??

Let's exchange some ideas here for those of us who get easily bored with the same old day in and day out routines. Us folks who enjoy variety and different ideas and styles of working out. We can see which ones have been tried and which ones we might want to try in the future, you know?

I've been a fan of the following;

Bodyrock.tv
Zumba
Wii Fit
Yoga
Kickboxing
Jogging
Weights
Bellydancing

Ready; set; go!

Not many here, don't have access to a commercial gym, but a local PT runs classes in town....

    Boxing/Circuit (with PT)
    Lifting (Home)
    Cycling
Walk/Run (trying to follow a program, days are too short for me to run now )
    Michelle Bridges DVDs

I want to get into training for a mini Triathlon in November, so I need to start heading to a larger town with a heated pool very soon on one of my cardio days.

Daily: elliptical (sometimes I'll add treadmill)

Every other day: weights (machines - but I am going to start free weights soon)

1-2 times a week: add 20-30 mins of swimming (not my favorite sport, but I'm trying to branch out)

Other than that - i WALK outside - sometimes a lot - as I don't own a car so even getting from home to gym, gym to bus stop, bus stop to work, etc, errands, shopping, etc can add up to an hour a day. And I do my own housework so that adds a few hours a week of heavy duty scrubbing/toilets/floors etc (DS does laundry).

I'd like to add one of the Jillian michaels or zumba routines; however i live in an apartment building and feel badly about
jumping on the downstairs neighbors head!

    I love to get stronger.

I train with barbells and dumbbells on most days, and work with kettlebells on others.

I also like to walk a lot, for fun and transportation.

I do bodyweight strength building workouts from time to time, and once in a great while, I like to jump on the rowing machine and give it a go.

I change up lifting patterns ... using cadence is a great way, static holds, alternate from drop sets to high rep lil bit lower weight, super sets etc.

    i lift 5 days a week, 2 days core, 5 days run.

I have my own routine from when I was in physical therapy. I have a cardio dvd and I just recently purchased a hula hoop. I used to love playing with a hula hoop as a kid, but now I can't keep that hoop going around my hips for too long. Practice makes perfect.
