    Weekly:

    3 x Les Mills - Body Combat - defo my favourite one!
    2 x Zumba
    1 x High Hills class

    If I have additional time:

    Elliptical
    Aqua Combat
    Swimming

    And since today - running :)

    I'm yet to incorporate some weight lifitng, just getting around it with some strenght training books :bigsmile:

    I have a gym membership and joined for their classes. I take several classes a week and sometimes 2 or 3 a day.


    Kickboxing
    Zumba
    Kettlebell classes
    Dumbbell classes
    Spin
    Circuit training type classes
    Jillian Michaels videos when I don't have access to the gym
    jogging/running to add extra cardio

    I change up lifting patterns ... using cadence is a great way, static holds, alternate from drop sets to high rep lil bit lower weight, super sets etc.

    i lift 5 days a week, 2 days core, 5 days run.

    I have my own routine from when I was in physical therapy. I have a cardio dvd and I just recently purchased a hula hoop. I used to love playing with a hula hoop as a kid, but now I can't keep that hoop going around my hips for too long. Practice makes perfect.

    Chair cardio ( it really works for me and I try to do it with high intensity)

    Pilates
    Dumbbells ( I have a pair of 4 kgs)
    Calisthenics ( push ups, crunches, russian twist )
    A few yoga poses
    Vacuum pose ( I used to do it quite a lot at the beginning)

    I am trying planks............but my legs are not coordinated enough, but I do my version of plank sometimes.
