I have a gym membership and joined for their classes. I take several classes a week and sometimes 2 or 3 a day.

I change up lifting patterns ... using cadence is a great way, static holds, alternate from drop sets to high rep lil bit lower weight, super sets etc.

I have my own routine from when I was in physical therapy. I have a cardio dvd and I just recently purchased a hula hoop. I used to love playing with a hula hoop as a kid, but now I can't keep that hoop going around my hips for too long. Practice makes perfect.0

Bodyweight exercise five sessions per week: Push - Pull - Legs & Core
Dumbbells, Sandbags, Kettlebell dropped into my bodyweight routines
Swimming

Chair cardio ( it really works for me and I try to do it with high intensity)
Pilates
Dumbbells ( I have a pair of 4 kgs)
Calisthenics ( push ups, crunches, russian twist )
A few yoga poses
Vacuum pose ( I used to do it quite a lot at the beginning)
I am trying planks............but my legs are not coordinated enough, but I do my version of plank sometimes.0 -
