    Great job!! Im 4'9 and started MFP at 162 now 120. I was 180 actually first, then started here at 162....please friend me as well. My progress picts on my profile.

    180 to 120 is incredible!! I hope to see the 120s again someday soon :) I'm happy to have you as a friend now!!

    Wow! You've done incredibly well - you look SO good! You carry your weight very well, too. I'm 5'0" and I wasn't nearly as hot as you at 140ish :smile: - you must have great muscle mass!

    I'm 5'2" and never had a waist line even at 117 pounds. I'm 60 years old now and 219 pounds so I have quite a journey. You look great! Keep up the good work.

    You look great! I really like your dog. (Just had to say that). In the first pic, he is paying attention and now that you have lost weight, he seems to be conveying "all is well and I can sleep."

    I'm so glad I found you on here!

    I've 4'6", and am starting out at 158. It's awesomely motivating to see a woman on here who is similar to myself. I see a lot of women on here who are 5'1", but that's still half a foot taller than me.

    Congratulations on doing so well in a three-month span of time; I only hope that I can do so well. (Today's my first day.)
