Interesting how the popularity of names come and go.
My first name is ranked #7 over the last 100 years. I graduated from high school with six Susans (out of 175- yeah, small school).
My daughter's name was very popular around the 1880s until 1900.
When I had her (2004), I did not know of any girls with her name and I thought she would be unique without being unusual.
Even the nurse in the hospital said she hadn't heard that name being used.
Since then, the popularity of her name has exploded.
My son's names had similar popularity.
Guess I'm a trend setter.
