    I admit it! I had two drinks instead of one... and I had way too much UNcle Dan's... But, today it is over, and I stop the shame spiral.

    Did I mess up? Nope! I ate everything in the house and then exercised it off!

    Here's my 4th:

    Breakfast: Belgium Waffle w/ syrup, 2 slices Bacon, and coffee (cream & sugar)
    Exercise: 30 min Elliptical Trainer
    Lunch: 3 BBQ Pork Ribs, Suckotash, Homemade Mac&Cheese
    Dinner: 2 Smoked Sausage Dogs
    Exercise: W1-D2 C25K challenge (30 minutes walking/jogging mix)

    Calories - 2178
    Burned - 799
    Net - 1379

    And one heart attack? :-/

    yep, to the tune of just over 500 calories. whoopsie. basically just put me at maintenance. i'm alright with that.

    1800 calories over my recommended day!! That including food AND my wine!!! and lots of both lol

    I worked out in the morning, but then I went to a baseball game and ate the ball park! I had a great time and regret nothing! No going over today tho!

    I did. Homemade ice cream sandwich cake courtesy of my creative in the kitchen mother-in-law. Good news - cut the square in half and shared with my son and walked 4 miles before the shindig. Didn't eliminate the damage, but certainly decreased it!

    I can honestly say I didn't mess up. I worked 14.5 hrs yesterday so I didn't even have time to go to a picnic. I still packed my lunch and kept on track.

    TOTAL DAY WAS A WHOPPING 3,478 went over 1,853 calories



    I gain only 2lbs, ill take it, I have Insanity the next 2 days!!! ;-D
