Hi all, dancingj2 has asked me to get the thread started, so here we go again!
Another Month - Another Challenge!
Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!
You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

It's a Powerpoint file I amend each day and save as a jpeg.
Go to the APPS tab at the top of the page, then select Tickers - change the style of your ticker - Personalized - choose file.
It's a bit of faffing about but it's a constant reminder to move my butt!0 -

I was just introduced to the MFP by my doctor a day ago.
I am in the walking Spree program and I completed my first quarter(March - June / 450, 000 steps) two weeks ahead of schedule. This quarter I am aiming for a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. With a small set back(grade 2 calf strain), I am averaging 8800 steps per day since my new quarter has start June 12th.
