I am 5'3 and like 3/4. Almost 5'4 and I weigh 104 pounds- I used to weigh 100 pounds and I am losing this last 4 pounds to get back to were I was. I am hoping to get down to my weight of 95 pounds like I was a very long time ago, before I ate a bit to much food! I am a size 0-2 in dresses for women. I am a size 2/26 in Lucky Brand Jeans.0

5'4" and 115. I wear a size 2. But when I was 124ish I wore a 6 and at 133 I wore an 8. But for me and my particular build, I was pretty flabby at a size 6 or 8. I know that some people are not.0

I'm 5'4.5" and currently at 201lbs. I am currently wearing size 16, but they won't stay up without a belt and I can take them off/put them on without unzipping them or undoing the button. So taking that into consideration, I should probably be wearing a size 14.
I bought the size 16's back in August when I was 196 (they were to big then, I just guessed at my size), I gained weight and in Feb I was 225lbs and they fit (maybe a little tight). When I got to 218lbs they started to get loose, but now they are really bad.
Me tonight wearing sweat pants:

Im 5'4'' and currently weigh 169lb. My fighting weight (goal, "normal" weight) is usually 150-145lb. The lowest Ive ever weighed was 140 and it was HARD to get there (I did it because I had to for weight measurements to join the military).
I think weight vs. body build has a lot to do with it too...I have a very short torso so I gain a lot in my bell and hips while my arms and legs stay normal!
Currently I wear a sixe 14 pant, but they dont fit well in some areas (too baggy!) When I weigh 150 or 145 I wear a 100 -
Triple picture I'm 5'4 and kinda apple shaped First shot 218 I was about a 20 Second shot 160 I was about a 12-14 Final shot 118 I am about a size 3

I'm 5'3" tall, here's my approximate weight/size estimates.
215 - 20 (at my heaviest)
200 -18
185 - 16
175 - 14
165 -12
150 - 10 (where I'm at right now)
140 - 8 (where I was at last summer)
For me, every 10-15 pounds equals one pant size. I'm hourglass shaped but definitely carry weight in my lower half.0 -
5'3 currently weighing in at 126, most sizes 4-6 seem to fit fine, much smaller busted so dresses are xs to s. My hips and thighs are much larger so I buy my pants larger to have comfort0

I'm a moderately active 5'4" and about 155 pounds. My body shape is somewhere between pear and hourglass, with hips slightly wider than chest, though at 201, I was more apple-shaped.
I wear Luckys in size 10/30, but my old Levis in size US 11 are too tight, as are my 32-inch MIH skinny jeans and my size US 10 Target capris. The difference between 160 and 155 is that I have much less muffin top at 155.
At about 200, I was pushing size 18, but mostly 16.
At 180-ish, I was size 16. 175 was about size 14 (I spent a while there.) 165-170 was about 12.
Oh, and although I am a small/medium on top, my 1992-vintage GunneSax dress in size 11/12 doesn't zip yet.
I really hate vanity sizing.
(Edited to add: in my current profile pic, I'm about 175.)0 -
I am 5 ft 5, 183 lb and wearing size 9 pant. I carry weight on the bottom, so have a very small waist for my weight-29 inches. I started at 239 lb and a 16 pant.0

I am 5'4'' and started at 305.8 and was a size 26. I lost 16 pounds and poof a 22 in pants and between a 20 and 22 for tops. I rested here until 40 pounds lost which made me a pants size 20 and an 18/20 on top. However, in the last two weeks I have not seen weight loss but my pants are not baggier, my tops are baggier and I had to buy a new bra. Went down 3 band sizes in my bra. So exercise and strength training are reshaping my body for the better. I stay at home go to school full time, have two children of my own and babysit two children. I thought I had no time to work out. Turns out, I was just using that as an excuse. I now dance when doing dishes, putting laundry away, cleaning the living room. I break a sweat, keep my heart rate up and clean.
I wake up early to do wall push ups, squats, and a 30 minutes dvd. There is time, if you make it and you want to. Working out doesn't have to be time consuming. It doesn't have to run your day. 30 minutes a day. I study and do squats, or march around the house with book in hand. I also do not eat only 1220 calories a day. I eat 1700, and eat back my working out calories burned to net 1700.0 -
I'm 5'4" and an apple. At 190 a size 18; 170 size 16; 150 size 14; 130 size 12; when I was 110 (and before children) I was a size 7.0

I am 5'5.5'' and at 150 I am a 10/11;. 170 a tight 12/13; 180 a 14/16; 200 a size 18; 220 a 1x 20/22; 240 a 2X or 24; 260 2x or 24; 300 3X or 26.0

I am jealous. At 183, before I got married and had children, I was a 14/16. I am a big pearish spoon shape too.0 -

I am 5'4" and at my heaviest I was 240 and wore a size 20-22, I am now 198 and wear a 16.0

I am 5'5" and at 217 pounds I wore a 16. Now I am 175 pounds and I can fit into a few size 10 but I mostly wear a size 12. But I lost a lot of weight before I lost a pant size. I was very discouraged. But the last few months I have really been shrinking. I bought new jeans (size 14) two months ago and I am constantly pulling them up now. It is annoying but I love it.0

I am 5'4", pear shaped and can never seem to get below 163 lbs. Gained weight after children. I have an older sister who at 242 lbs had gastro-banding but never got below 200lbs after that. At the other end of the scales, I also have a twin sister, same height but 141 lbs fitting easily into Size 10,
Over the last couple of years I have regularly increased my weight with bouts of comfort eating to 176 lbs which puts me into Size 18.
Feeling this weight appalls me so much so - I shame myself into action and can shed 5lbs in about a month to fit into Size 16, after which time then I get slack again and the weight loss slows or stops. This year I have been able to be more consistent in my diet, and thanks to myfitness pal monitor the calories, get motivated to do exercise if my calorie intake spikes. The truth will set you free. I need to get some professional portraits done and I swore I wouldn't do it until I was 141 lbs, so have got some motivation to be more diligent.
I suspect that manufacturers vary garment size dimensions - as I have clothes that say Size 12 up to Size 18 in my wardrobe. I keep a couple of items to which I aspire to one day fit into. Currently its a pair of new Size 16 trousers! They have moved up my thighs, I can get them over the hips, and the button hole and button can wave at each other now!
Never give up on yourself!0 -
I'm 5'5. When I weighed almost 250 I wore a 22/24, an 18 at around 210 and at 170 I can wear a 14/16 depending on the brand.0

5'4, 160ish, and a size 8/10 (or 4 at old navy, that lying *kitten* store.) Goal is 135, which was the weight I was happiest at which puts me at a comfortable size 6. Never any smaller than that because then my blobs shrink and I ain't got time for that.0

5'4" 127 lbs, size 4. After reading this thread, my dreams of being a size 0 have vanished.
Don't give up. I'm 5'4", 121, and I just had to buy size 0s. In juniors sizes I'm still a 3 but I can wear 0s in stores like Express and J Crew.0 -

I say I am a 3 but that is the average size I need to buy. The black dress at the end is a 2 and the jeans I am wearing right now are a 0 but I still have some size 5 things that fit. Its all about bone structure and the fit of the item so chances are you can get into some size 0 items fairly soon. I understand wanting a certain size in your head but just remember being a 0 will make clothing hard to find.0 -
Hi,
Started at 197 and wore 14/16 and am now 151lbs and wear a size 8.
Funny, though. I am 55 years old and when I was 20 - 30 years old, I weighed 120lbs and wore a size 8. So, does that mean
that fashion has changed and a size 8 now is really a size 10? I don't remember there being a size 0 or 1 when I was in
my 20's. It's so confusing. At any rate, everyone holds fat in different places, so as long as you feel good about yourself. Size
doesn't matter (to women, anyway. LOL) It's how you feel.0 -
5'4", weight fluctuates between 116 - 120... regardless of weight, I'm a size 7... sometimes a size 5 if the company is really pushing the whole vanity sizing thing.
The only time I was a size 0/00 was when I weighed 90lbs. and under a couple of years ago. Not going back to that...
I'm lifting weights for the first time ever (3 months in), and I'm way happier with my body now than I have ever been.0 -

i'm 5'3 and its been a while since i've been pants shopping (pregnant with #3) last summer after having my second i was about 150 and in size 31 jeans, 8-10 pants. body shape has a big impact on sizes too, i'm more of an hour glass with a real long torso and short legs, so pants tend to sit lower on me rather than around my waist...other wise my bum would be about a foot and a half long haha0

I'm 5'3 and started at 198 and wore a 16 or 18. Now I'm 162 and wear 10/12.0
