I don't know, would you defriend someone for wearing a fez?

I need to buy some crocs0

No, they're great for gardening, you just hose them off.0

Only in real life.0

I wish that they were socially acceptable. I have gnarly, nasty feet -- toes, especially.
It's hard to find air-conditioned footwear that hides my nastiness.0 -

this is true, but once they are wet they take a while to dry out...er, so i have heard...0 -
Someone bought a pair for my daughter, before I'd even heard of them. She practically swore on her life that they were called "Crotches". I kept telling her I didn't think that's what they'd be called, but she was very insistent.
ETA no, I wouldn't defriend someone, but my view of them would be very different.0 -

No fezs are cool ask Doctor Who0 -
I would deport them0

Heck no, that's petty. I wear my pink Crocs in the comfort of my own home, although I would never wear them out in public, maybe if the ones I bought were actually my size. They are too big, so I just use them as house slippers, but sometimes I do wear them on my way to the bus stop with my son, but he doesn't care though.0

Yes.0

I used to wear them in High School. I haven't since (7 years ago).
However, I just went into the Croc store at the Denver Airport while killing time and they have some VERY stylish crocs now-a-days! Like so:

I would have bought them but they're a little pricey IMO.
EDIT - just to add that since the company formed in Colorado, a lot of people wear them here, so it's not that socially unacceptable...maybe at work yes...but definitely not around town on the weekend or anything.0 -

No, but I would defriend someone if they called them crotches. "Oh how do you like my new crotches? They have big old holes in them to let them air out and not get all stank and mouldy!"0 -
Maybe.
But I wear them as slippers around my house. My floors are hard.0 -
No way - CROCS are cool water shoes- I love spending time at the beach, waterparks and in my pool but the sand and cement are freakin hot. Leave them by the water and slip them on when you get out. Wash off the sand easily!!0

Light them on fire where they stand!0

Nobody likes moldy crotches! :bigsmile:0 -
I work at a day camp, and a few years ago one of the campers was wearing them, and another went to tell them she liked them, and said "I like your crocs". But she left the r out of the word. Use your imagination to figure out what she actually said. (Mind you she was like 6, so it really was an accident".0

My mom is a nurse and wears white crocs to work, makes things like vomit and blood so much easier to clean up. Even if I had the option to defriend her, I wouldn't do so over her choice in work attire.
Someone other than a nurse/doctor however....judgements may be made.0 -
Crocs are awesome to take on backpacking trips. They give you a light, quick-drying pair of shoes to wear for water crossings and they're comfortable to wear around camp at the end of the day. Who wants to wear heavy, sweaty hiking boots at the end of twelve hours walking up and down steep mountain trails? I don't care if they're ugly and look stupid. All the people I camp/backpack with wear them. It's pretty much the norm. Also, you're in the middle of the woods, so it's not like there's a fashion show or anything.
So yeah... Crocs are fine!0 -

Nope, not cool in Colorado either. Yes, I would defriend any Crocs proponent immediately and without warning.0 -
I would probably not friend them in the first place if they wear them. I hate those shoes....i dont care how comfortable they are i think they look stupid....jmo0
-
nope wouldn't defriend them...I have about 20 pair---to match my scrubs...super comfy cheaper and easier to clean than Danskos or sanitas...just sayin0
-
without a shadow of a doubt...lol0

No, it would be hypoCrocital.0

I have a pair for summertime gardening and a pair for wintertime taking the dogs out, but don't have a pair i would wear out in public really. I wouldn't unfriend someone who does wear them though. If i don't unfriend people who wear capri pants, i can't unfriend people who wear crocs ;-)0
