Still have some work to do on my legs. Started jogging for distance and toning down. Surprisingly enough, my leg muscle is just too bulky for me, and I'm desperate to lose a lot of it, but that's my genetics for you.2 -

hmmm not to hot...
I think it's great everyone has had such success but to be frank....at my heaviest (205 lbs)I was alway hot...hot is a frame of mind.
Just ask my husband (10 years younger slim, trim and in shape) married me cause he thought I was hot. Now that I am loosing weight he says I am just as hot as ever but in a smaller package.2 -

Hey guys! Starting weight 154lbs Feb 2012. Started with lots of cardio, and ended up about 8 months into it really getting into HEAVY WEIGHT LIFTING. I'm not 116lbs. I've cut my cardio in HALF or more an focus on high protein diet and weight lifting.
