    Wow, your story and pictures are amazing and inspirational. Advice please... How did you do it? How did you stick with it? What did you eat? I am about 50 lbs overweight ever since i had my son 4+ years ago.... and feel so unmotivated. I relate to your story. There's days i have a extra amount of energy and feel like i could climb a mountain then there's days i don't want to move. I feel so tired all the time, i don't want to even get dressed because all my clothes look terrible. I have to force myself on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I hate it so much. And i can't get the healthy cooking down. I feel like i can't find healthy recipes and everything you cook is going to be unhealthy.
