    These are mine, been lifting heavy three months now and happy with the difference so far! Looking forward to seeing more improvement with more hard work :)

    Ladies your guns all look amazing! This inspired me to take a quick work bathroom selfie :laugh: I still have a fair amount of body fat to lose but they're getting bigger, YAY!
