Peanut Butter Banana Oat Muffins (with no flour)

Made these on the weekend but had to bin the first batch as my bananas weren't ripe enough and there was no sweetness to them. Second batch worked an absolute treat - next time I think I'll add some applesauce and grated carrots too.

Perfect breakfast-on-the-run, and mine worked out to be about 125cals each.

Eh...these didn't really do it for me. Even adding a little salt to the batter didn't make it more flavorful. A little too bland for my taste.

bump - might add some protein powder to these....
