Day 1 for me was 7/15/13 - 4064 steps (didn't start tracking until late afternoon)
7/16/13-4747 steps--getting off to a slow start, hopefully will get on my feet more.
7/17/13-13,105 steps. I finally got on my treadmill.
7/18/13-2823 steps. I ended up doing @ 2.5 miles yesterday, but didn't track.0 -

lamlam - do you wear your fitbit when you cycle? I'm only asking as although its much much lower, when I cycle my fitbit does register a fe thousand steps in say an hour long ride?

No. I don't wear my FitBit when I bicycle or as a passenger on my husband's motorcycle or when I ride the occasional lawn mower or ATV. It does add TONS of steps. I like to see what my true walk steps are, especially since I have a very sedentary job.Thanks for the welcome :drinker:

Today will be tough, I'm not deliberately going anywhere or doing any additional exercise so I think it will be very low.
Thanks for the info on the bike ride lamlam. I wear mine I guess because I allow my fitbit to make negative calorie adjustments, so if I cycled but didn't wwear it, it would put me way under as it wouldn't give me anything but I would be exercising. I wouldn't wear it on a motorbike or lawnmower either though as that isn't exercise!! :laugh:0 -
