I came up with this new concoction that I'm pretty proud of and I think taste's AMAZING! Coworkers not dieting loved it too!

So Here it is!

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1Tbsp Hershey cocoa baking powder
1/2 cup to 1 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
2 Tbsp PB2

mix all together and refridge overnight...tastes like a decadent chocolate peanut butter pudding

28g protein about 250 cals

Other variation I've tried is is vanilla protein, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract and nutmeg
Frozen berries is pretty great too

Thanks for posting this recipe, I made it and it is awesome!!! I was thinking about using your basic recipe and replacing the cocoa & peanut butter with a scoop of canned pumpkin, cinnamon & nutmeg to make a crustless pumpkin pie. Have you tried this yet?
  • Pardon my ignorance, but what is PB2? I would assume peanut butter, but I want to make sure. Thanks!

Pureed pumpkin is an AMAZING idea! I love to stick some in a protien smoothie OR cook some up with onions, garlic and veg to make a light pasta sauce!

the chocolate peanut butter version of the pudding comes to roughly about

    15carbs
    211calories
    35g protein

but those numbers depend on how much yogurt you use.

Personally, right now I'm using the Body Fortress Vanill Whey Protein from WalMart because it was handy but it's tasty
  • Great ideas, thanks.

PB2 is peanut flour. You can buy it for pretty cheap non-PB2 brand name on Netrition.com.

Amazon has PB2, I cant live without it. Walmart has it too but they are always out, GNC and gluten free shops carry it too. http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-
