For what it's worth - this is what I achieved in one year ...

This was about 2 years ago? I wasn't VERY big, but I just was very chubby, especially for an Asian. I haven't even started doing anything about my weight yet, and I think my heaviest pic can be seen in my gallery, with me in a gray dress.
I only started losing after I joined a dance class, and about 3 months after that, I found MFP, which made my weight loss go more smoothly and with a goal in mind.
this is me about 8 months later, taken around a month ago. i've yet to take a new one, because I haven't budged since. I'm quite happy with how I look now, but I'm still trying to lose cause I want to get rid of the pooch at the bottom of my stomach, and tone up a little on my stomach.
I have no idea what my starting weight is, but my current weight is around 143lbs (around 5"6). I'm HOPING to get down to 127lbs, so thats another 15lbs or so to lose. People keep telling me to stop losing already though, so i'm a mite confused. >.<0 -
I love this thread! I can't wait to post my pics when I reach my goal!0

Thank you very much!!! I feel younger, that's for sure. It was definitely me very pregnant and the day before I delivered my youngest daughter... the 7 year old in the striped dress in my "after" pic from earlier this month. She wouldn't have been able to wrap her little arms around my body back then!!!1 -

This is NOT my fattest, but unfortunately i deleted all my fat pics. There is 17 pounds and a lot of body fat difference between these pics:

I still need to majorly tone up my belly and thighs (more loose skin than fat I think) and lose about 10lbs.5 -

You are doing a GREAT job!!! Keep it up!!I am a third of the way to my goal. I've lost 34 lbs so far. I have frontal pics, but I'm not ready to go there yet. Imagine a person with a flesh colored beanbag chair mounted on their front.
These shots are from April of this year to July.1 -
