    I don't care about being stick thin, I just want smooth skin and no bra bulges or muffin tops!!! :)

    Muffin tops are the result of people trying to wear bottoms that are too small. Therefore, anyone who doesn't want a muffin top, just has to buy the correct size for their body, and, voila! Problem solved :drinker:

    How funny! I've had this pic up on my fridge for motivation ever since I first started working out. 108 lbs later, I'd say it's working!

    ^^^THIS!! I will never be a size 7 again, I'd be happy with no loose skin, wearing an L or XL, and a size 13 pair of jeans!!

    Something about this photo just doesn't look right to me.


    That's because it's photoshopped. The blurriness around her hips and outlining her boobs are a dead giveaway of editing. Apparently this is her dream body too haha!

    But... she obviously still has a great bod, probably even without the help of photoshop.
