I'm 5'4" and a mummy and I've been fat since I was 7 or 8 - so there's hope for everyone!!
Well done, I am 10kgs heavier than you at the moment and the wait is killing me, I know I can get over the finishing line!

9 or 10 months apart. 160 to 127, 5"5
That's my goal!! What is your routine? How many calories? You look so amazing!!0 -
Not gone (I still have SOO far to go!!), but shrinking -- I feel hopeful! This has been over 3 months.
I was mortified at what my lower abdomen looked like after having my daughter. The first 2 months of good weight loss didn't seem to touch my tummy, but then the third month showed a noticeable difference to me.
your legs look so much more toned! well done0 -
Thanks for the compliments!
I figure since that last photo is from February, I should likely include an update:
WOW! You look amazing! Your body type is a lot like mine except it seems I may be a bit more of a pear. But otherwise, it is. This is amazing! It proves that slow weight loss (not too slow, but slow) is the best way to go!
We may have similar body shapes, then, because measurement-wise I'm certainly a pear. I'm glad I've taken progress pictures, though, because it turns out I'm not as exaggerated a pear as I'd imagined. I used to think my bum and hips were disproportionally large, but now when I review my photos, I realize my body is pretty proportional and that I need to stop being so critical. Below is the front-shot which shows my hips that are larger than my waist and chest, hence the pear shape.
This is SO SO Inspiring...WOW0 -

I just found this link with excercises for reducing the lower tummy "pooch". **disclaimer, it does say a healthy diet and regular workout plan** This isn't the be-all end-all but I thought it was appropriate for those of us with that as a problem area. Some of the moves look pretty fun, too.

Ladies, you all look GREAT! I am 36, 5', and my thinnest was around 110 but that was in high school and after I'd had this horrible virus for about a week. I was 123 when I got pregnant and I went up to 170. I had the hardest time losing weight, blah blah, and about 2 years ago I was down to 133, and my husband came home from Afghanistan, and here I am at 147. My daughter is 6 1/2 and here I am still with 24 pounds of baby weight. Thanks for sharing and letting me know it's possible! I'll hang in there and post pics when I have some results to share I'm aiming for my pre-preg weight of 123, but really, I have no idea what works best for me at this point.0

I would really love it if some of you could share your workout routines! And I don't mean in general, as in, I go to the gym 3 times a week. I mean details. How many reps, how many sets, and which exercises? Any cardio?
