Guys, your dishes all look delicious You're making me hungry! XD
This was a number of months ago, but I got up early one day and made ogura toast. Ogura toast is just toast with margarine and and red beans on it. An Aichi specialty. We had a ton of leftover red beans, so I decided to make breakfast. This is made in a hot sandwich maker (so each piece is two slices of bread.) It should have sealed the sides, but the bread wasn't big enough T-T Also scrambled eggs and ham (as you can see) with orange juice. It was nice
I made this a couple weeks ago. I got the idea, for some reason, to stick the cheese inside the burger. This was the result. Delicious. Oh, and corn. I made corn.0 -
More healthy today so far:
Turkey sandwich and orange

Chili dog, corn and poblano potato salad.

Asians. :P
In all honesty though, I used to hate tofu, but these days I eat it pretty regularly. I guess its trying to find a way to combine your favorite flavors with tofu? Its a pretty neutral flavored food, so it can go with pretty much anything. Try panfrying a firm tofu first to get rid of so much of the texture you probably dislike, and then toss it in teriyaki or something you like. :P0 -
Finally caught up again! Bummmmp0

egg zucchini sandwich, with the rest of the zucchini eaten with a roasted sesame dressing on the side, and one sugar plum.
my morning breakfast scene (yes pokemon, shush), with my newst obsession : PB&J sandwiches. xD
shaved ice desserts. these can pack more calories then you would think from just shaved ice, but I picked the lightest, with only sweetened syrup and jelly on top.
steamed vegetables with bbq sauce, steamed glutinous rice, and one peach.

All your food looks delicious! Makes me want to be on holiday again.0 -

I love this thread. You are all like... chefs But in all honesty, with all these beautiful meals, this thread shows that you can enjoy your food and still be at a healthy weight. Way to go, MFP-ers!
Edit to add: Plus it helps me with some ideas. I sort of hit my meal ideas plateau these past few weeks.0 -
you guys are eating good!
i didn't expect to see some of these plates here lol
anywho, i made a nice chicken supreme pizza tonight
was about 600+ calories
What did you use for dough? Homemade? If so, could you pls share the recipe?0 -
Yummy in my tummy...
Diavolo shrimps with some mashed potatoes.
Bananas topped with icecream. Nice dessert. 50 g of icecream have about 100 calories so I can try nice desserts if I know my limit.
Alaska Pollock with vegetables... no added fat, so it's a nice 300 calories meal.
Smoothie with pineapple, banana, greek yoghurt, a little lime juice and a couple of cajus (unsalted). Just great for adding a bit of energy.
