    This was a number of months ago, but I got up early one day and made ogura toast. Ogura toast is just toast with margarine and and red beans on it. An Aichi specialty. We had a ton of leftover red beans, so I decided to make breakfast. This is made in a hot sandwich maker (so each piece is two slices of bread.) It should have sealed the sides, but the bread wasn't big enough T-T Also scrambled eggs and ham (as you can see) with orange juice. It was nice :)

    I made this a couple weeks ago. I got the idea, for some reason, to stick the cheese inside the burger. This was the result. Delicious. Oh, and corn. I made corn.

    In all honesty though, I used to hate tofu, but these days I eat it pretty regularly. I guess its trying to find a way to combine your favorite flavors with tofu? Its a pretty neutral flavored food, so it can go with pretty much anything. Try panfrying a firm tofu first to get rid of so much of the texture you probably dislike, and then toss it in teriyaki or something you like. :P

    Green onion & carrot kimchi with some white rice - a couple days ago. Nom nom nom. Then I had it in lettuce wraps later the same day. And now I just munch on it in general. I need to make more.
