THANK YOU for your story! THANK YOU for taking the time to put in all the pictures!
I did really well for a while, I was down over 40 pounds...then life struck and I didn't cope well. I lost all of those fabulous habits that were helping me to succeed. I have continued to log in to MFP website daily, but I have lost my habit of logging my intake daily. Soemthing that I am fixing effective immediately! THANK YOU for reminding me that MFP needs to be a daily commitment...not just logging into the site, but logging my food and excercise as well!

Congratulations!!! What an awesome story! I almost fell over laughing at your "next to the old lady" comment! Lol, I can toatally relate (on one of my runs, I had an older gentleman pass me... only, he was walking!!!). It's good that we can laugh about this stuff now!0
