    new stuff! been trying out konyaku and shirataki stuff lately, and loving them.

    stir fry tuna, shredded carrot and zucchini with soy sauce, herbs and pepper, and added konyaku bundles.

    Lunch today is oven baked chicken breast with paprika, mixed leaves, houmous, roasted red peppers, carrots, cucumber & tomatoes all sprinkled with sesame seeds, chia seeds and sunflower seeds. YUMMY.

    I'm envious of your ability to perfectly melt the interior cheese, yet maintain a perfect medium rare burger. Any tips you can share? Also, any hesitancy to eat medium rare ground pork? Thanks.

    Well that one was cooked in a water bath, cheese was actually a cheese sauce that I let set a little in the fridge before stuffing the burger. I know safety standards say ground pork should be cooked to 160, but so far no issues eating it like 25 degrees less ::crosses fingers::

    lol not all of us are half as big as you are. I don't have much time for working out so my calories are usually on the lower end. plus when foods that good and you have no time to work it off, eating too much of a good thing can be bad haha
