    What a great post! It sounds very similar to my outlook on life before and after myfitnesspal. I am also the same weight as i was several months ago, but that's ok! Be proud, you look great and did your body a huge favour!

    Wow!!!! Perserverance certainly pays off!!!! Your story reads like mine in so many ways!!! I started becoming obsessed about my weight at an early age as well!!!! And I have decided to take the slow and steady pace as well, because it is a lifestyle change!!! So I will take it however it comes!!!! Thanks for sharing your story!!!
