    me :) add me xx
  • I just started up again but I find logging in for four days in a row has helped me keep on track. I plan to keep with the program. I weigh in Saturday.

same for me. Only 3 weeks now. Thankfully there is MFP to remind me of eating less and exercising more.

  • With a smart phone app that scan's UPC's, why would you not? It just makes choosing healthier alternatives SO MUCH easier. Every time I even think about eating something I'm looking it up, and from there logging it is a breeze. I also like to know how well I'm doing on getting MOST if not ALL of my vitamin nutrients from food as I hate taking supplements. WIN all over the place.

I log in everyday. What's the point of showing up if you don't want to play? Stand on the sidelines and watch everyone else? Nah, I want to be in the game. I want to win, I want to be healthier and stronger.

I'm on day 370 I think, down 62 pounds, its become a daily thing, sometimes several times a day. I love the program, and yes, I have gone over my allotment of calories, but I still log them..

Yup I do. I log all my food too, even if I don't want to see it. If I do, then it just allows me to know how hard I have to work the next day. No point hiding or fudging your numbers!
