    :laugh: fair enough. Cook rice on stove with milkl and water. When basically down, you want to add CnC protein powder (I use bb.com one which is awesome) and simmer to reduce.

    I've been lurking in this thread for a long time now, you all make beautiful dishes. Here's my first attempt to contribute with a remake of a Cretan dish (roasted chicken with okra and potatoes) using Okinawan vegetables

    The veggies: red okra, purple sweet potato, winged beans and orange zucchini

    Chopped bell peppers (various colours)
    Frozen Veg
    Some cumin and chilli powder.

    381 calories a serving...tastes amazing!

    Dinner fail, tried to make a a cheesesteak "sandwich" with layered steak and cheese, wrapped in bread and deep fried, but cheese melted out. Steak was cooked nicely though
