:laugh: fair enough. Cook rice on stove with milkl and water. When basically down, you want to add CnC protein powder (I use bb.com one which is awesome) and simmer to reduce.

I've been lurking in this thread for a long time now, you all make beautiful dishes. Here's my first attempt to contribute with a remake of a Cretan dish (roasted chicken with okra and potatoes) using Okinawan vegetables
The veggies: red okra, purple sweet potato, winged beans and orange zucchini
They were baked in the oven with some chicken breast
here's the final dish topped with some feta cheese
Calories per serving (w/o the feta): 490 (44g carbs/16g fat/43g protein)
As a dessert I made a twist of the Italian sabaglione with Chardonnay and blueberries
107kcal (13c/3f/2p)

When its just me at home I usually cook up soups to last a few days. Because cooking for one isn't that much fun.

shaved ice with grass jelly and other stuff, drizzled in sweet syrups.
